From Manarola to Riomaggiore: 30 minutes
The famous Via dell'Amore, paved trail cut into the cliff.
Riomaggiore down the headland to Portovenere: approx.

Mountainbiking
The
area of Levanto and adjacent Cinqueterre is an perfect place for mountainbikers
of all levels. A very well made map with different mountianbike-routes in Liguria

Scubadiving
There are various excellent dive-spots around Levanto and the
Cinqueterre. The area between Levanto and Monterosso has been declared a Marine
Park since 1998.
Diving Center Cartura has been offering fundives and courses since 1995 for
the following agencies:
Fias, Nase, Padi, SSI. Equippment rental and tank filling is also possible.
